YG entertainment

In 1996 after the dissolution of the band Seo Taiji and Boys one of its members, Yang Hyun Suk, founded "YG Entertainment", with help from his pocket and shareholders coming from their own wealthy family.

YG Entertainment is a record label and talent agency in Seoul, South Korea. It is one of three major record companies of Korea along with JYP Entertainment and SM Entertainment.

An international subsidiary exists in Japan under the name "YG Entertainment Japan". YG Entretainment is characterized by its style of Hip-Hop music and R & B.
