For Artist/Vocalist:

2 Photos	:Please submit 1 whole body and 1 head shot (above chest) that shows your face clearly.
Demo	:If you have your demo (mp3,m4a,aiff,aif,wav,wma files), please submit. However, it’s not required. You can apply with photos only if you wish.

For Band, Singer/Songwriter, Composer, Arranger, Track maker:

2 Photos	: If you enter as a group, please submit a group photo. : If you enter as an individual, please submit 1 whole body and 1 head shot (above chest) that shows your face clearly. : If you enter as a group, please make sure to state the main person in the group for contact purposes. If the group passes the first screening, we will only contact the person indicated.
